Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all POSSE tags securely attached to the original packaging.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
